Had another potluck on saturday. but the gp was too big to interact with everyone. so we were with the ppl we knew. just some pics.

Cherlyn and I are going to gold coast! i cant wait!. All the planning and stuff has gotten me excited already.
but first. i gotta settle my exams. its drawing near. real real soon.
I miss my family and my friends. I wanna go home after exams! =(

I'm such a coffee addict. I've been here 2 months and see what i have gotten already. All kinds of syrups. Caramel, toffee, hazelnut blah. coffee, coffee maker. and a gigantic starbucks mug! (i can so see Cherlyn nagging at me now). Oh yes, and i got a milk frother. it makes foam for latte, so now i can make my fav drink at home. But i so want a coffee machine!
Have been discussing bout the aussie trip with Cherlyn Dear the last few days. its drawing near! but now we're praying that domestic flight ticket prices drop so we can head over to goldcoast for a few days.
and Dad just said he's coming down to sydney 2 wks from now, so he's gonna spend the wkend in melb with me n sis. i cant wait! =)
alright, i dunno wats wrong with me but i've been so groggy the whole day. woke up seeing the room spin, and can hardly walk straight without feeling giddy. i'm turning in early tonight.

In the blink of an eye, Easter Holidays flew past just like this, and another wk of sch passed alr. its really amazing how time flies here.
The most interesting thing that happened this wk was that i dissected a rat during bio prac! my rat was white and cute i felt sorry having to cut her up. but of coz it was already dead, at least i didnt have to kill it. Before we made the first cut I heard some girls squeal at the other end of the lab, and it made me laugh. yea i'm mean, haha. So we observed the rat's digestive system, heart blah. I was so fascinated looking at the different arteries and organs it turned out that I wasn't grossed out by the whole thing.
Then I met up with jie min yesterday! she happened to come to melbourne coz her sis is studying here, so we spent one afternoon catching up with each other. We had greek food and the portion was so huge we shared a meal meant for one. So we just walked ard, talked, re-lived the days we had in JC etc. I was like asking her to update me on 26/05 ppl and so we talked bout everyone and new things that happened. Really enjoyed myself. Thank god for today coz if she goes to UK to study I might not see her for the next 3 -5 yrs.
Just skyped with Nick the other day and I asked him to show me willow. I miss my baby girl so so so much.

My best girl is having a tough time now and I can't be there with her.
Cherlyn, i know what you're going through isn't easy, it sure isn't. But through the tears, the pain, and the sorrow, i know you're gonna stay strong. I'm always here for you, so is Kleon. I'm praying for ah gong and I hope that a miracle will happen.

Met up with Wan Jie and Leandra in the City today! Leandra was visiting from Singapore and Wan Jie was from here,clayton, but she just hasn't been to the city before. haha she complains about how boring clayton is. So i tried my best to show them around and bring them to have good food.
We ate SO much sinful food today, and were even struggling to finish our gelato. We had American Doughnuts, Choc waffles, thai food and gelato. gosh, i so need to go on a diet already. Anw, it was great catching up with them, enjoyed myself today just walking around, hanging out and talking.
And Leandra says the funniest things. We were at the Asian Grocery stocking up on Asian food when we came across this packet of noodles that read: 98% fat free.
Leandra:''98% fat free? Where did the rest go? That means we have to pay for 2% of fats?''. haha. I'm so gonna rmb this everytime i see fat free stuff.
And thx girls, i had an enjoyable day =)

Easter break! half a semester flew past so quickly.
So wed night i had Thai Food with Kik, Val and esther. And gelato after that, although it was freezing. Lygon Street in Melbourne has the best gelatos!
We went to check out DFO (direct factory outlet) last sunday, and it was damn good la. The sale's so so good. I cant wait till cherlyn gets here. havent been shopping with her for sooo long already.
ok, so here are some pics (izzy, i updated pics). gonna start taking more pics alr while I'm in melbourne.
Meeting up with Wan Jie and Leandra tomorrow morning! Cant wait becoz i havent seen them for so long, so gonna show them around the city. Coz as wanjie said, its my 'di pan'.
Then Pris will be coming down here to study, and she's gonna stay like 10 min walk away from me. Jie Min's accompanying her sis down too so gonna meet up with them. so good to be able to meet friends from Singapore. But of coz, cant wait for the winter and spring breaks! =)
So hope everyone's doing fine back home in Singapore! sorry if i cant talk much on msn or something, am probably busy with schoolwork or housework. Speaking of housework, ytd was spent spring cleaning. back breaking work i tell you. i seriously need a robot.
