I was at queen victoria market doing my grocery shopping on sat when i saw this really cute angmoh boy at the meat section. He was about 4-6 yrs old. So i waved to him, and guess what i got back in return?
He turned ard and showed me the finger. i was utterly stunned.

Yup. Welcome to life in an angmoh country. Kids these days.

I hate it when shows keep us in suspense. First it was prisonbreak. then heroes. And i just watched the finale of lost season 3.
The endings are always like ?????. damn, i have to wait so long b4 new seasons come out.

I think i'm starting to suffer from american dramas withdrawal symptoms already. Cherlyn, i know how it is like with ur online shopping withdrawal symptoms. it feels. bad.

It just wasn't meant to be. We lost.
I'm not being a sore loser or what, but i dun think milan really deserved it. Liverpool's 2nd half could have been much better. But nevertheless, kudos to Milan for winning it.

When we scored the goal, i still hoped that we could come back. my heart never left the reds.
Seeing Gerrard, Carragher and the other scousers crestfallen left me devastated. but alas, we'll be back next yr. bigger and stronger.

Tears, Anguish, Sorrow. But what's most important is the heart. I'll love liverpool all my life.
I'm so proud of the lads.

CRAMPING. badly. my only source of comfort now are the m&m's peanuts that i'm popping into my mouth.

I painted my nails ytd. They're so pretty i cant bear to do anything. (My sis and housemate even did the dishes for me heh). Was looking at them during lectures today and showed them off to Howie. ok yea i realised this sounds random.

Oh well, nth much gg on so far. partied on fri and celebrated rachel's bdae at hardrock ytd. But its down to studying now.

I just received Wee's emails and she wondered if I was in aus coz all my friends seem to be Asians. lol, its the harsh reality here wee. we seldom mix with angmohs outside sch time. I do have a korean friend though =). and a new London friend! he's damn cute la. an arsenal fan coz he comes from London. KB, ur friend!

My Daddy's not here anymore. =(

Sunday was Mother's Day, but me and sis spent it with my Dad. He's playing both roles now. He even goes bra-shopping with us. I'm serious. It was really great to have Dad come down this to spend this wkend with us. With him ard i feel secured, relaxed, and happy. He's my rock, he makes me feel motivated, and reminds me that I'm not only studying for myself, but also for him. I owe him so much in every aspect.

My pimples are popping out. My hair's in a mess. My dark circles and eyebags are showing. My face is getting more bloated. I'm growing fatter. I'm looking bad.

Melissa's not a happy girl because she looks a mess and exams are only 3 freaking weeks away.

Melissa's also not happy because she's not able to eat her mee pok and roti prata which she has been craving for since forever.

I was so happy when i saw my dad. First qns I asked him was whether i put on weight. and the ans turned out to be 'a little', sadly.

Well anw, today we drove up to Dandenong, our fave little town sassafras. rachel drove up to together with laura, liz, jessie. Esther n my sis were there too. Miss Marples, our fave tea place was so packed that we had to wait about 2 and a half hours for a table. So we walked ard the town, bought heaps of flavoured coffee, and ended up sitting on the lawn eating chips and talking.

The deserts are simply yummylicious. The Belgian Waffles were the best ever! yea, looking at the amt of food we ordered, we ate till our stomachs could no longer contain any more food.

Driving to Dandenong was great. The scenery was fantastic, and the air was cool and fresh. Most impt i had my Dad with me. Today I just put aside everything, enjoying Dad's company, being Daddy's little girl.

I'm gonna make pancakes for him tmr!.
Alright, I'm exhausted. More next time. =)

The wkend passes so quickly.

*I found out how to go to Miss Marples via Public Transport! Cherlyn, I'm bringing you there by hook or by crook! u just cant miss that.

Busy busy week. finally took some time out to blog. so quite a few things happened this wk. I made pancakes for me and sis for breakfast on sat! had a sudden craving for them so went ahead to make them. am gonna make more for dad when he comes during the wkend. cant wait =)

Then we had a little picnic at Princes Park in the evening. We were sitting at the dog area, so we had to constantly fend off over enthusiastic dogs which just wanted to stuff their noses into our lunch boxes. There was this HUGE dalmation which pounced on me and started licking me. Had to get help from Rachel to get it off me. But the atmosphere was real great. You just cant get this in Singapore. 2 minutes into the picnic at east coast park or sumthing and we'll be complaining bout the hot sun and humid weather alr. Then we went to a diff park to feed possums illegally with our leftover bread crumbs. they're really cute!

Sun night was spent doing my maths assignment, which took me the whole afternoon. Then we were off to this great korean restaurant to celebrate Bowon's 21st bdae! All my sister's friends are like 20+ alr. how time flies.

And then it was back to school. Just had physics test, which I'm so gonna fail. I remembered the formula wrongly which affected the whole qns. oh well. sigh. exams are coming so so soon. i need more time. Pre-Vet lunch tmr!

And to Cherlyn: Dun buy anymore things online! lol. u gotta stop! come DFO instead =)

We're going to Athens baby! Liverpool are champions league finalists!
Gosh me and sis woke up at 4.30 to watch the semis on TV. Though we were so exhausted, we still stayed up to cheer our team on. And the joy that we felt when our team won was indescribable. We were jumping up and down, slapping each other on our back. It was one of the proudest moments of liverpool fans all ard then world.

Though we were like walking zombies by the time the match ended, we still dragged ourselves to sch. I was practically half dead. it was my 9-5 day. So i had 2 cups of coffee to stay awake. And i saw several ppl dressed in liverpool jerseys, with liverpool scarfs tied ard their necks, celebrating our team's glory. I was also dressed in red, our victory colour! haha.

So my exam timetable's out. i have papers on the 5,6,7 and 8th of june. 4 consecutive days! gonna be so shagged after that. and i so need to study more now.

Cherlyn Dear's only coming down on 25th june. So i'll be in aus doing nothing for 2 wks after my exams end. So I thought about gg back to Singapore first, to celebrate Cherlyn's bdae, and to see my family, friends and willow whom i miss so so much.

But Dad's not allowing me to do so. At first i was sad and disappointed with his decision. But come to think of it, it costs money as well. And i have to listen to what dad says, its my duty as his daughter to do so. Oh well, he's my world, and i love him so. But of coz i still hope he strikes lottery or changes his mind haha. So i guess I can only see everyone else at the end of the yr then.
