Our first official day touring Melbourne. The weather was really good besides the slight drizzle. Took Cherlyn to the city to sight-see. We went to those tourist attractions and took looooooads of photos. and its only the first day!

Shall let the pictures do the talking. =) we're dead tired. and our feet are hurting.

I'm home alone, and its a weird feeling, having to return to an empty house everyday.
Thursday was spent shopping at DFO with kiki and val. We all managed to snap up some really good bargains.

Then, they convinced me to go to the science students society end of exams party. It was such an experience people-watching. Guys were drunk as early as 9pm, and the crazy dance moves that some people had were really hilarious. We ended up with blisters and sore toes that night, the result of wearing pretty (but really painful) shoes and standing in them for hrs.

And its soooo cold outside sometimes that I just wanna huddle in front of a make believe fire place and not move. Ppl in singapore, enjoy the sun!

Cherlyn's arriving in approximately 13 hrs. That girl has been running ard getting ready for the aus trip, its so funny hearing bout her antics everyday. She's so nervous about boarding the wrong gate and ending up in tasmania, or that she might puke on the guy next to her whenever there's a turbulance. And I think she's bringing more clothes than I brought over. haha, we shall see!

Just finished 2 seasons of supernatural in a matter of days. The past few days were like this: Wake Up, watch Dean on supernatural, eat, continue watching, slp, wake up blah blah. Its soooo good I just couldnt stop watching. I didn't even change out of my PJ's, and I didnt want to leave the house. Now that its over, I'm suffering from withdrawal symptoms. again.

Anw, to people out there who haven't caught the show. You're missing out! Its sooo exciting.

Oh and My fav is Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles-guy in the middle). He's sooooo hot! But sis' guy is Sam (Jared Padalecki- guy on the right). We're always debating on who's the hottest . But of coz, Dean wins hands down =p. Together, they're awesome. I need season 3.

Sis is gg back tmr, but Cherlyn is flying here soon. =)=)=)

I just met Aunty Frances for dinner hrs ago and I just had to ask her if I put on weight.
Her reaction: she nodded her head. That is sooo bad news. damn.

Happy Father's Day Daddy! I miss you.

Had 2 birthday celebrations in the last week. First it was Val's birthday surprise at the Royal Botanical Gardens. That place is sooo beautiful. Imagine great scenery, beautiful weather, wonderful company. We walked all the way there and back, but it was all worth it. Don't really have many pictures on that coz the others are with kiki and Becky. And our camera's memory card konked out on us! damn it. thank god cherlyn has a new camera and a 3Gig memory card, or I'll trip around Melb and GoldCoast cant be captured on film.

Then it was Harry's 25th bdae on sat. Just a simple pizza party coz everyone still had papers to study for (except me (;)

Oh and the weather's getting colder! On fri night it was soooo cold and foggy that mist were coming out of out mounths whenever we breathed or spoke. and aunty frances' flight here was delayed for 4 hrs coz of the fog. Sis and I actually wanted to go and try out the Ferris Wheel but it was so foggy we decided to skip it.

One more wk till Cherlyn's arrival! now that the date's closer and we're actually talking more bout it and planning Cherlyn's luggage and stuff its just soo exciting. Been hearing stories about the various rides in Gold Coast from Sis and friends, and I so cant wait to go there! Cherlyn, i don't care, u're gg on every single ride with me! =p

Happy Birthday Cherlyn! (ytd).

Celebrated with kcc over the webcam, with evey too. I love technology. 3 gps of ppl from 2 diff continents and 3 diff countries were communicating with each other thru skype. And although we're not there physically it was still better than nth (:. We ended up singing the birthday song together, but we were lagging behind 5 seconds, according to Cherlyn. haha. we were trying sooo hard to synchronize our singing.

According to sis, I'm leading a meaningless and aimless life now.
Wake up, jog, have breakfast/lunch. watch my korean drama, take a nap. wake up. continue watching. read my book, cook dinner. watch somemore. But this is a privilege i earned! I just love not having to worry about exams, being able to wake up naturally and not to the sound of an alarm and stuff. Bliss.

Exams are over! The last 2 wks were really hectic. Had to squeeze in time to study for 4 subs coz i had papers on 4 consecutive days. oh well, am so glad they're over. I dunno how I did but I guess I'll pass.

Exams here are sooo diff from Singapore. For starters, its freaking cold! My hands were practically numb on the first day and I could barely write. So I piled on more layers of clothes the next few days. And yea, we get to leave anytime we want except 15 min b4 the paper. And the angmohs here just bring in a pen and their student card into the exam venue. Some even looked like they woke up in their pj's.

And so sis and I went to pamper ourselves at a Korean restaurant for lunch, and our grandaunts brought us out for italian food at night. And look at what we ordered! huge slices of cakes. It was soooo sinful, but oh well, its after the exams. =) Now i can watch my shows and read my books in peace.

How time flies. In approx 2 wks time Cherlyn will be here! i sooo can't wait.

Ok. time to catch up with friends!. Plan my gold coast and melb trip. watch all my shows. learn driving. bake. shop. exercise. lose weight.

But first, i have to clean up the house. and do my laundry which i have been accumulating for 3 wks. ok but i'm not a dirty girl!

I suddenly miss home alot alot alot.
Its probably coz i'm stuck at home with my books and notes.
I miss everyone back in Sg, realli. Everyone. and Everything.
If you're reading this back home, you're someone I miss.

KCC girls sent off evey ytd, and i could only do that over the phone. I hope I can see that girl again soon. She'd better not be too busy chasing Michael Phelps in Michigan.

¬ Its getting colder and I'm getting fatter.
