Started our live animal pracs at werribee farm a few weeks back. Sadly, its only a once in a fortnight thing. such great fun! we learnt how to flip a sheep, carry piglets, and other stuff bout cows and horses. I so regret not taking my camera into the pig farm. The piglets are soooo adorable, i had to tell myself so many times that they have to go back to the pen at the end of the day.

I love farmwork. I'd rather do that everyday instead of listening to lectures. But of coz, there are bad sides to it too. Look at the overalls we're wearing. Its compulsary so our clothes don't get dirty. Ok, so we look like plumers/farmers or watever. but they're cool k!

We also have to wear steel-capped boots in case animals that weigh like 400+kg step on us. I tell you, being a vet is DANGEROUS! In Australia, they rate the risk factor equal to that of mining! So far, I have been rammed in the butt by one pissed sheep, and laura's fingers have been squashed while handling a disgruntled cow. And we all wake up the next day with aches and bruises. But its all gd. I'm enjoying it.

The theory part is crazy though. I dun even wanna go there.
quizzes and tests all coming up e next 2 wks. god help us.

Back to school. argh. Thank god the infection's healing so there's v little pain left. Gonna have to take out all 4 wisdom teeth in July. I'm so scared of the after effects. I swear i'm not gonna go out of the house for like one week. I'll look horrendous with super puffy cheeks after the surgery is done.

So dad and Nick came down for a visit. We didnt have much time to entertain them except over the wkend, but they drove up to mornington peninsular for a 4-day golf trip and only just returned. Gotta get back to school mode again. More and more new things to learn everyday, more and more dissections to do.

Anw, I found a new hobby. Youtubing stand up comedy, watching and laughing the whole day when I'm taking breaks from school work. I know it sounds kinda silly but trust me, they are so entertaining they never fail to cheer me up. Go you tube Dane Cook and Jeff Dunham and just go watch one of their videos. :)

To everyone back home, miss you all. Havent been able to go online alot. Somedays I'm too busy and tired that I dun even turn on the computer. Had a great time talking to Cherlyn dear that day. Miss u all!
